Conference Speakers

Stephen J. Matteucci is a graduate of Westfield State College (B.A.), Regent University School of Law (J.D.) and Marshall Wythe School of Law (LL.M.). He practiced law for 15 years in Williamsburg and Newport News, VA. He is currently living in Louisville, KY where he is working on a Masters of Divinity Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

 

 

Noah Quarshie is a national missionary in Ghana, West Africa. Noah is the president of Shalom Indigenous Ministries projects which consist of the Baptist Institute of Professional Studies (BIPS) and the BIPS Secondary Technical School (Sec-Tech). He is also pastor of Baptist Bible Church. Noah attended Shelton College in Cape Canaveral, FL (B.A.) and Baptist Bible Seminary (M.Div.).

 

 

Don Moffitt is the owner/operator of Backus Books, a Christian book publishing and retail business. He has done much study in the area of Baptist History. He holds degrees from Baptist Bible College (Th.B), Biblical Seminary (M.Div.) and a Masters degree from Northeastern Seminary. He leads a Bible Study group in the city of Rochester, NY.

 

 

Larry Scouten is a graduate of Bob Jones University (B.A.). He has been involved in pastoral ministry for 34 years and has been pastor of First Baptist Church of Wellsburg, NY for the past 24 years.
